A father-of-two who grew C-cup man boobs because of a hormone imbalance has revealed how he was cruelly bullied and is so ashamed he tape his chest down.
Wayne Manns, 30, has never taken his children to the beach and keeps his t-shirt on during sex with his partner of 11 years because of the embarrassing condition.
Mr Manns, from Detroit, will finally have corrective surgery for his condition this autumn after suffering with it since 2003.
He hopes the surgery will give him a new lease on life after bullying in high school - where he says peers called him 'hermaphrodite' - left him with anxiety and depression.
Mr Manns quit the school football team because he couldn't face being taunted in the changing rooms, and dropped out of education when he was 16.
He is sharing his story because the condition, gynaecomastia, bokep china is common and Mr Manns says more men should feel comfortable coming forward to talk about it.

Mr Mann said: 'When I was 14 or 15 I started developing female breasts. I couldn't go swimming, and I was afraid to change at gym or take a shower.

'High school was so stressful - I just didn't want to be there. I quit the football team because I was so self conscious.
'It was so embarrassing - you could see them through my uniform shirt.
'I was teased so much I quit in the tenth grade because the bullying had gotten so bad.
'They called me a hermaphrodite and a shemale and would tell me I had to use the female changing rooms.'

Mr Manns even refuses to take off his t-shirt during sex with his partner of 11 years, Jasmine Jackson, because he is so embarrassed. He said: 'I feel 'I feel like no woman wants to be with a man with a chest bigger than hers'
Mr Manns said his chest has caused him anxiety and depression and he could never afford corrective surgery, which costs up to $7,500 (£5,814).
He even became so embarrassed he resorted to strapping his chest with duct tape to make his man boobs look smaller.
But after coping with the condition since 2003, he will finally undergo breast reduction surgery later this year thanks to a new health insurance policy.

The former labourer, who estimates his breasts are a size C, dated casually but avoided relationships until 2007 when he met his partner Ms Jackson, a cashier.
But despite being together for around 11 years he avoids taking off his shirt in front of her and says the condition has taken a toll on his love life.
Mr Mann, who walks with a limp after he was injured in a shooting in 2016 said: 'It makes me feel like less of a man.
'I feel like no woman wants to be with a man with a chest bigger than hers.
